MICHELLE SADLER - salon owner 
Divas owner and Manager Michelle Sadler has been working as a hairdresser since 1995, and founded Divas Salon in 2003. ‘I opened Divas because I was passionate about hairdressing, styling, fashion, and most importantly the salon experience I wanted to create,’ says Michelle. ‘over ten years on and I still feel the same; I’m really proud of what we offer here. Divas is often the first salon in the area to introduce new products and services and our stylists are exceptionally well qualified, talented and friendly. 
As a stylist, Michelle has completed advanced training courses with some of the top names in the hairdressing industry, these include Toni & Guy cutting, TIGI cutting and Vidal Sassoon creative cutting and has also been involved in colour training with L’Oreal and Goldwell colour products. Michelle has also been lucky enough to receive training from the famous ‘fantastic’ Alan Austin-Smith, a credible figure in the hairdressing industry. 
IAN DUGGAN - salon manager 
Divas Salon Manager, Ian believes perfect beauty is different for every person and that achieving it need not be a daily struggle, thats's why he never mass produces hairstyles but always tailors your look to suit you as a individual. 
Ian has been trained in creative cutting and colouring at Saks London, Vidal Sassoon and Loreal Academy also not forgetting reciever of the highest award of distinction from the TONI & GUY Academy London. 
DAVE - art designer 
From a very young age Dave has had a very keen interest in fashion and now has a passion for keeping up with current trends in hairdressing, also bringing new life to classic looks. 
Dave has been styling hair for the last 15 years and has won numerous awards in editorial and creative hairdressing whilst maintaining a full client list at TONI&GUY. He has a flair for understanding new techniques and methods to bring a fresh feel and cleative individual look to all of his clients.  
STEVE - art designer 
A hairdresser for over 30 years, Steve has completed advanced training with TIGI, L’Oreal and the famous London-based Jingles Hair Academy. Steve has been at Divas for more than seven years and says he has seen almost every hair trend during the last three decades. 
‘Everything is continually updated,’ says Steve. ‘Fashion goes in full circles but there are variations every time round and it is great fun working with changing trends. Working with so many new products there is a lot of technical knowledge with the job but it’s so rewarding to see the end results and that “wow” mirror moment.' 
AMANDA - art designer  
Amanda has been in the industry for over 30 years, with regular High-End training on every aspect of the ever developing Cutting & Coloring techniques in the industry also working with new and progressive products, that Amanda belives is a must for achieving the perfect hair  
Amanda has a passion and drive to develop and evolve continuosly to keep her clients fresh excited and to support them with their style and life changes. Amanda loves a challenge to keep her sharp and excited. 
KAREN - art designer 
With 25 years experience in hairdressing. Those years have been spent as a stylist,a salon trainer and as an educator working for L'Oréal Professional. As a technical educator Karen delivered information on all aspects of hairdressing and in particular technical colour advice and how to use the product and customer service. Karen will be in the salon every Friday and every-other Saturday. Booking in advance is highly recommended. 
KAYLEE - style designer 
Kaylee has been working with divas for over 10 years, working now only two days a week Kaylee becomes very busy. 
GEMMA - style designer 
Gemma has been working in hairdressing for ten years and says she has wanted to be a hairdresser since she was five years old. Gemma built up her work experience by working in a salon on Saturdays whilst still at school, then went full time after leaving school and started to study hairdressing. 
Gemma enjoys cutting short hair, men’s hair and colouring hair and has completed training for cut throat shaving along with extensive product training, and has a diploma in creative cutting and colouring. 
LOUIS - stylist 
Louis loves the creative and social side to hairdressing, and whilst enjoying building relationships with clients Louis also likes to learn new skills, he says ‘The industry is forever expanding, learning new skills helps me to improve and to become not just a good hairdresser but a great hairdresser.’
